These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern your use of
the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Service")
operated by the administrator (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). By using
this Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you
do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.
1. The Service generates 3D point clouds, 3D meshes, and 3D textured meshesusing photogrammetry based on images uploaded by users.
2. The photogrammetry process may fail due to technical limitations, and the Company makes no guarantees regarding the success of the process.
1. Users may use dedicated servers on a paid basis to access the Service.
2. Billing begins 2 minutes after the User presses the “Submit” button and continues until the User presses the “Stop” button and completes the payment process.
3. The minimum charge is 1 hour. After the initial 1 hour, additional charges are applied for each additional 10 minutes of use.
4. Applicable fees are determined based on the server type selected by the User and the pricing displayed on the Service.
5. The maximum usage duration for a dedicated server is 48 hours, after which the server will be automatically terminated.
1. Uploaded images are not stored by the Service.
2. Data generated by the Service will be retained on the server for a period of 48 hours and made available for download during that time. After this period, the data will be deleted.
3. The Company does not guarantee the availability, integrity, or accuracy of any generated data, and shall not be held liable for any loss, deletion, or failure to download such data.
1. The Company does not offer refunds for paid services.
2. In the event of a system failure or other technical issue, the Company may provide a refund or credit at its discretion.
3. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by users due to system failures or other technical issues.
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:
1. Acts that violate applicable laws or public order and morals.
2. Infringement of the rights of others.
3. Actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
4. Unauthorized commercial use of the Service.
5. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.
1. The Company does not guarantee the success of the photogrammetry process or the accuracy of generated data.
2. The Service is provided "as is," and the Company disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
4. Users understand and agree that the Service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Service without prior notice if the user violates these Terms.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such suspension or termination.
1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Continued use of the Service after amendments to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
